I was talking to a lender yesterday. The conversation went as follows:

Me: There are so many lenders in India. Everyone is saying the same story, like, ‘I will give you a better interest rate and a better loan amount.’ How do you differentiate yourselves to your customers?

Lender: It’s a good question. My answer to you is simple. We don’t provide loans. We provide ‘Convenience,’ ‘Convenience through Technology,’ and ‘Convenience through customer care support.’

Me: How?

Lender: We prioritize customer care to ensure our clients feel supported throughout the loan process.

Me: Awesome!
Interestingly, he is our customer.
